So here we are with the december veggies

As we approach winter, the vegetables are becoming increasingly, er, well, boring.

Saturday December 6th

Half a celeriac root
500g carrots
A leafy bunch of chard
500g of lovely red Roseval potatoes
4 of the lovely apples
250 g of onions
250g beetroot
250g spinach (left it- too wet, slimy, earth and impossible to sort the fresh young leaves from the tough old dark ones)
